    <description>&lt;P&gt;You may have been locked out by Verified by Visa. You only get three chances to put in your password before you have to call your bank and reset it. It happened to me before but it's reasonably easy to resolve. Just make sure you put in details you're positive you can remember while signing up.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't top up. I checked each time that the card details are correct, but each time there is an error.       <description>&lt;BR /&gt;Hi&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;There may be too many data resubmission's... try closing browser/tab's and starting on a new page.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Also try Yahoo as opposed to Google as somtime's this can be the issue too.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;All else fail's and membership need's renewed - remember you can use a voucher top-up where you see payzone advertised in-store.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;</description>
