    <description>&lt;P&gt;Those messages supposedly sending the settings have never worked for me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To configure your internet/MMS settings follow the steps here:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A target="_blank" href="https://community.48.ie/t5/Need-Help/Samsung-Galaxy-phones-internet-settings/m-p/13363#M4013"&gt;http://community.48months.ie/t5/Need-Help/Samsung-Galaxy-phones-internet-settings/m-p/13363#M4013&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However even without your internet settings configured you should be able to make/receive calls and send/receive texts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When you log into your online account does it give any error messages?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is the phone number correct (don't post it here)?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does it say that your membership is active and expires in about a month?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If all of the above is correct then you might have to contact support to get them to look into the problem for you:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A target="_blank" href="https://community.48.ie/t5/Need-Help/How-to-get-help/td-p/4038/jump-to/first-unread-message"&gt;How to get help&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have registered with 48months, put the new SIM card in (topped up)&amp;nbsp; but I did not install the mobile settings (got 4 messages re installation but I didnt install. Now I cannot make phone calls or use internet. (Can receive calls).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cann you resend those mobile internet settings or help me?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did change the Wireless and Networks settings manually (Access Point, Name,APN, MMSC.......etc) but still nothing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please advise.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;D&lt;/P&gt;</description>
