Criteria to receive your unlock code through Tesco Mobile

The easiest way to get your unlock code is to ring Tesco Mobile’s customer care line on:

1749 from your pre pay and bill pay phone, or on
089 420 0000 from any other phone

You can also contact Tesco Mobile through Facebook, Twitter, online forum etc.:

Pre Pay

If you’re with pre pay then you’ll need to have topped up by a minimum of €150, or you’ll need to have been a Tesco Mobile customer at least 9 months.

Bill Pay

If you have a bill pay phone then you’ll be able to get your unlock code once you’ve been a customer for at least 9 months.

You need to talk to Tesco so. Or get it unlocked unofficially via an online or in-store unlocking service. 48 don't/can't unlock other operator's phones.

You shouldn't post your number on a public forum.

48 cannot provide you with an unlock code.

You need to talk to Tesco to get the phone unlocked officially.

Or get it unlocked unofficially online or in a phone repair shop.
