As far as I can see that's an Android phone so you should be able to use the details here

Internet Settings

To set up your internet and mms settings:

APN - 48months.liffeytelecom.com

MMSC: http://mmc1/servlets/mms

MMS Proxy: 10.1.11.19

MMS port: 8080

MCC: 272

MNC: 11

Authentication type: PAP

APN type: internet + mms

You should be able to configure the necessary APN something like this:

Remember to enable data roaming as well. After setting up the APN and selecting it for use you may need to power the phone off and on again for things to take effect (or maybe not).
