For existing Vodafone customers, they ask you to login to your account at&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.vodafone.ie/myv/services/login/Login.shtml" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.vodafone.ie/myv/services/login/Login.shtml&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;amp; complete the request in your account.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="times new roman,times" size="3"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="line-height: 15px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

It can take 7-14&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;U style="line-height: normal; font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: medium;"&gt;working&lt;/U&gt;&lt;SPAN style="line-height: 15px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;days for a response.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="times new roman,times" size="3"&gt;If you're on pre pay then Vodafone say you'll need to have registered your phone and topped up by at least €127 in the last 6 months. &lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="times new roman,times" size="3"&gt;Best bet is to call them and ask to speak to their customer care team.Call 1747 (15c per call) from your Vodafone phone. Otherwise pop into one of the Vodafone shops and ask them to help.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT face="times new roman,times" size="3"&gt;You can also contact Vodafone on Facebook, Twitter and on their online forum to speed things along.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="times new roman,times" size="3"&gt;&lt;U&gt;Bill Pay&lt;/U&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT face="times new roman,times" size="3"&gt;If you have a bill pay phone then your account must be paid up to date.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You need to contact the operator to whose network the phone is locked and ask them to unlock it for you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or else get it unlocked "unofficially" online or in a phone shop.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;48 cannot unlock phones for you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
