Switching My number

Hey I switched from 3 to 48 last week and haven't managed to change my number yet. I want to go back to my old 083 number but the swicth over thing is a mission. When they ask "your current number" do I put in the 089 (new 48 number) I've been using all week or my old 083 one I want back? and then the security number? what is that and where do I find it? Is there any number I can ring to just do it over the phone? I don't think I've set up my internet or MMS properly either, it'd be really handy if there was a 48 store I could just pop into 😕

To answer you query on 'keeping' (Porting) your previous number to 48 - read this link thoroughly, unfortunately - a few folk's forget that there is a different process for registering a new sim from 48, & keeping the original number & porting to 48.
