Keeping my old number

I am after registering with 48 and have an 089 number now when i ring people. How do I get my old number back? I have bought 48 membership and i can ring and texxt people fine but it is an 089 number which appears not my old number.

Did you request to port over your old number to 48 on registration?

You May need to order a free sim & re-start the process while making use of the number you have at the moment, however log a ticket with 48 support to clarify this.

Do you still have your old sim (previous number you wish to keep)

This is required when the porting process is underway...

Also - you will need to ensure that sim is active - (i.e that you can receive message's)

If the previous network provider cancelled your account prior to now,(in term's of a contract) take step's to activate it again.

If it was pay as you go - it's fine.
