Hi raulio

48 Announced the week following the outage that dependant on membership circumstances, (if you already were registered on 48 when the tech issue occurred) each registered member would receive 2 days extra membership in lieu of the outage.

Guido membership's were also awarded with 60 call time minutes.

Your extra day's should be reflected in your membership status on your page after you log in to 48's site.

You also, like all 48 account holder's - should have received an email with notification of this.

If you have cause to believe you were not awarded your extra allowance, log a ticket with 48's support in the 'help' section.

I hope this leaves you informed.

🙂
