i pay two times the don options (40 eu) and is not available but they take my money,i check my statment of my bank and they charge my 40 euro and my options is not available

Do you already have another membership active in which case that membership must run its course before any other membership purchased becomes active. Maybe you bought two Don memberships which have stacked up awaiting the expiration of a current membership?
