Does anyone know how much it costs to recieve calls when youre abroad?

It's explained here under Roaming:

If you are roaming in the EU and buy a roaming calls add-on then it costs nothing to receive calls otherwise it's 9c per min. In non EU countries the cost per min to receive calls varies as per the pricing link but is much higher.
