Did these instructions not work for you to add/configure the APN?

If not then you might need to log a support query to get 48 to assist you with this:

I get the impression that the above instructions are generic and may not work for all Windows phones. A few people have claimed that they could not follow these on their specific handset... Maybe this key post needs updating and clarification?
