German credit cards not accepted?

Hey there, my name is Mario and as you can see I'm from Germany.

I wanted to top up first a couple of days ago but both of my credit cards (visa) didn't work.

The same today, both weren't accepted. How could that be? What can I do?

I seem to recall it being the case that only Irish cards are accepted.

For the moment you could try topping up by voucher

and then buying membership/add-ons by text (when the network comes back alive!):

Update on this. Irish and UK cards are accepted by 48.

And now cards from France, Spain, Germany, United States and Italy are also accepted for payments of up to €20.
