I have no phone coverage this evening. Is there a problem in the area? Using wifi to contact you at the moment.

Really sorry about this but we're having a serious network issue at the moment which causes all services to fail. Check our service thread in the Techie Updates section to find out how we're getting on with fixing this.

Ok thanks for reply. Do you have any idea when this will be sorted? As I enjoy calling family and friends in the evening time. Also will we get any credit or extension on monthly membership to make up for not being able to use the network? Thanks in advance. Pat
