Can't recieve or make calls but can receive texts

I am not able to make or receive calls with my new 48 sim card. I have bought credit, bought my membership, the internet and texts work. I tried the sim in another phone and it was the same, texts and internet work but no outgoing or incoming calls to a mobile number or a landline. I am not getting any error message, the call just finishes. I am in an area with good coverage as my friend's 48 sim works. Please could you fix this for me?

I am having a similar problem, I cannot make calls, it is saying that the call has failed. I have sufficient credit and membership. Can you please inform us of how to rectify this problem.
