Hey . I'm having problems i can't make calls and my membership is ok ??? It's 3 hours like this now

Same here, and same with my friend too...just checked my membership & its fine, can text but cannot call out, I just get a bleep tone then hangs up the call, doesn't even dial (I can receive calls tho)
