receiving picture messages

I cannot receive picture messages on my phone.How can i set it up to receive them on the phone or on the internet.I used to receive them on the internet with vodafone. My phone is a Samsung C3350

48 do not provide the option to see picture messages on the internet if you cannot receive them to your phone like Vodafone do.
