Hi, I recently sent my phone away for repairs and once it came back everything was wiped so I have to adjust the internet settings from stratch. I have done everything correctly but I still cannot use my mobile data. I've tried switching on Data Roaming which made no difference, eg. if I try to go onto Facebook it will say "Error loading News Feed" even though on my phone if I'm not connected to WiFi it says its connected to the mobile data. Please help!

(Not being smart with the first two questions but just want to rule out any obvious issue...) 🙂

Do you definitely have a data allowance with your membership or add-on?

Are you absolutely sure that you have configured the settings correctly?

http://community.48months.ie/t5/Need-Help/Internet-Settings/td-p/78/jump-to/first-unread-message

If your phone runs Android have you tried Tweakker APN (4th post in the thread above)?

If you still cannot get it working contact support for help:

http://community.48months.ie/t5/Need-Help/How-to-get-help/td-p/4038/jump-to/first-unread-message

Hope this helps.
