Data roaming sometimes needs to be enabled and the phone can report that you are roaming because (as far as I know) 48 is a virtual network operator using the O2 network. Maybe Google for relevant tips?&nbsp;<SPAN style="line-height: 15px;">I don't know if there's some way to stop the message appearing all the time.
