Roaming Refund

Hey,
I accidently bought roaming texts and calls, with data. I thought the data package was a special "roaming package" and not a standard data package. I want a refund with the data and the roaming texts and calls. I do not intend on using these add ons, as they were purchased accidently.

Try sending one of the community managers here a private message. That way you can sort this faster.

Try find Denise (her name is colored pink). She's very helpful.

I doubt that 48 do refunds on such purchases. Maybe I'm wrong so ask just them in case.

I reckon it's a simple case of caveat emptor and if you buy stuff by mistake (your's not 48's) that you don't need/use then that's just hard luck.
