If you topped up your credit balance then you still need to buy membership as a separate step. These links might be of interest to you.

What does your online account say about your membership status and cash credit balance?

Hi,

You just need to purchase a membership using the money you put into your 48 account. Login to My 48 and click buy under the membership section.
