Hi guys,
Has anyone configured a lumia 800 windows 7 to receive mms or send mms successfully? The ##634# thing only brings up a diagnostics screen on my lumia. Thanks, also have tried various combinations of adding mms apn with proxy ports and apns etc but no go...

Haven't used a Windows phone myself but don't you get to the MFG menu through the Diagnostics menu - e.g. see here:

Maybe refer to that when also looking at the 48 guide to configuring the APN and MMS settings for Windows 7 phones:

Hi,
Thanks for the link. It refers to lg and Samsung models more so than Nokia and you cannot access mms settings from the diagnostics app in the lumia, annoying to say the least, there is a network setup app but to get the right combination of info with regard to apns and ports etc is the challenge.

You might have to ask 48 support about this so.

A few people have reported the same problem with getting into the appropriate "MFG" menu to configure the settings.
