My Roaming wont work

I'm in the US and my roaming add ons wont work it just eats up my credit. None of my calls or my texts have been used and I have been making a few. I bought them online and so far all the details are there and confirm they have been paid. Please help!

That is correct. When roaming in some places (e.g. US) all services will be charged from your credit balance and are not covered by your membership allowances or (EU) roaming add-ons.

When you're roaming in the USA or Canada you'll pay:

Making calls and calling your voicemail	€1.99
Receiving calls	€1.89
Sending texts	39c
Receiving texts	Free
