Which roaming add-on did you buy for your membership ?
Did it work for a while and then stop or had it not worked at all ?

I paid for both add- ons.... It hasn't worked the whole time

What network are you connecting to in the UK? Maybe try another one? For what it's worth I'm just back from France and had no problems roaming and using the EU roaming calls and text add-ons.
