account deactivated!!!! HELP

my phone got stolen at the start of august, i only got my new phone and new 48 sim card today as i was working abroad when it was stolen. no i go into put in the code that came with my 48 sim and it says my account has been deavtivated register a new sim??? some help me pleaaaase!! do i just need to buy a membership????

Did you order the sim via,

Or did you just order a new one? You need to reregister your sim and go through the details.

Buying membership wont help activate the account.

You should send a mail to 48 here http://help.48months.ie/requests/new

They should be able to do something about your account.
