Just joined 48,want to keep my existing number but having trouble porting.

Hi there,

I am trying to port my existing number [personal details removed] from the three network to the 48 network but I am having no luck.I entered the verification number I recieved by sms but it has me registered on the 48 network under [personal details removed].Getting frustrated any suggestions as to what I am doing wrong.

This seems like a problem with your account/replacement SIM Kev!

Try contacting the tech staff via the link in my signature and link them to this thread/explain your problem.
