Was download new uidates for samsung s21.Internet was gone.Was trying to firma it.Was using 48 website and following instructions.Was unsuccesful,not working at all.Was trying to call customer support,which is useless completely,was writing email-same storage.do you know who help me? Guy's from tesco mobile customer support.So after all of this i can saa only the customer care Service in 48 is absolutely useless,it's rubbish.

Your post is a bit garbled and difficult to understand.

Are calls and texts working ok but mobile data isn't?

If mobile data isn't working then you need to check that your APN settings are configured correctly.
