password not working after 2 weeks holidays of not using my fone??

ive just been on hols for 2 weeks and havent used my fone, i paid my membership this evening but cant gain access to my contacts or make a call but i can receive a call

What password are you referring to?

The only password applicable to 48 is your account password and if you are posting here then presumably that one works?

What do you mean you cannot gain access to your contacts? Your contacts are presumably stored on your pone or maybe backed up to Google or iCloud etc.?

When you log into your online account what does it say about your membership status, expiry date and mobiles calls, landline calls, texts, data and cash credit balances?

If necessary you should log a support query to get 48 to look into your problem for you.

Are you referring to the phone PIN code ?
