Chat doesn't work - opens Contact Us page & says use forum

Difficulties contacting 48 support

I take it that the continuing terrible help sections are still down?

The contact us links on both the App and website do not work.

The chat is supposedly contactable after 9am but its now 10:35 and still not working.

Terrible service and support when a problem arises which seems to be all of time lately.

The chat hasn't worked for me for years either.
