Roaming Not Working

Hi. I am travelling in Europe and my mobile data does not work. It works fine in my home country (Ireland). My membership is Guido and I have used none of my data allowance for this month. It is a nuisance to be reliant on wifi. Can this be fixed?

Do you have a Guido membership?

EU roaming only works on that membership and not any other.

If you do have a Guido membership...

What make and model of phone do you have?

Is it an iPhone by any chance?

If it is then this might be of relevance - if it is then you may have to try that tip many times before it works so be persistent. (Blame Apple for this sort of stupidity).

If not can you do a manual search for networks and connect to a local one at all?
