48 app . cant log in on phone , but can on web version ,

i cant log into 48 app . on my phone . i restarted phone , uninstalled and installed app. it wont work , just get unkown error message.

can log in on web version . contacte 48 on twitter they were no help .

any ideas anyone ?/ can it be fixed ???
