You need to provide more info.

so i put 10 euro credit on my phone ,i didnt get the membership, it says on my account that i have 10 euro credit on my phone but it wont let me make calls or text or use data and i dont know wjy it wont work.

You need to buy a membership, not just put a cash credit topup on your account.
