Are you sure you switched off your WiFi and deactivated any other SIM cards before you tested?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The first link (digital.ulsterbank.ie/personal.html) works on all connections via a mobile browser. The second link (login page at: &lt;A href="http://www.ulsterbankanytimebanking.ie/default.aspx" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;www.ulsterbankanytimebanking.ie/default.aspx&lt;/A&gt;) does not.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The login page does not work for me on my phone using a mobile browser on the 48 network.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yet the same login page does subserquently work for me on the same phone via WiFi using the same browser.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And also subsequently on the Three network on the same phone using the same browser.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The only times it fails is when the internet connection is switched to the 48 network.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Therefore it IS a 48 network issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Further proof that it is a network error is the browser's error message:&amp;nbsp; "The connection was reset."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SInce the same browser works on both WiFi and my Three SIM, but not the 48 SIM, then the problem is definitely with the 48 network. Something is not configured correctly at 48, and the Ulsterbank website is blocking connections from the 48 network.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi, thanks for the reply.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Using the 48 sim as a hotspot, so over WiFi essentially.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Just get the "page cannot be displayed" same as if any webpage wouldn't load.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Access to all other sites works fine.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If UB is the only site that displays that error message then I don't really know what's going wrong unfortunately.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you're using the 48 SIM in a phone that is acting as a hotspot then can you browse to UB on that as opposed to another device connected to the hotspot?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Or are you using the 48 SIM in a 4G router?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are your internet/APN settings definitely configured correctly?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I can get to the UB website but once I click on to log in to the online banking it says the page cannot be displayed. This is both over wifi as a hotspot and on the actual devise itself with the 48 sim in it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can access it fine on another network on the same device using a different mobile provider. The phone is unlocked &amp;amp; I have the correct APN settings for 48.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have cleared the cache &amp;amp; browser history and cookies.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried a different browser using the 48 sim and its the same thing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have spokent to UB and they believe it is a network provider issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
