I bought a new phone and my sim card wont work in it how do i fix

Was the SIM working for you before in another phone?

What exactly happens when you try the SIM in your phone?

Any error messages?

Is the new phone unlocked for use on any network?

If not then you'll need to get it unlocked first.

Where did you buy the phone?

You mean you entered the wrong PIN too many times and need your PUK to unlock it?

You can also switch off SIM PIN locking if you don't want it.
