Topped up abroad, Internet or texts won't work..

Phone says I have signal and H+ but yet internet won't work at all and texts won't send. I topped up yesterday with the mitch membership. I am in Europe and I have data roaming on.

EU roaming only works on Guido membership since June 13th this year.

It won't work on any other membership.
The only thing that will work for you is wifi when you're near a wifi hotspot.
