Cannot receive calls or texts while I'm abroad.

I'm over in Prague on my holidays and I can't receive any calls and texts. I have money in my account to incur the costs and I also have my membership up to date. Any solutions to my problem could be highly appreciated.

Are you on a Guido membership?

EU roaming only works on a Guido membership since June 13th.

I'm not on a Guido membership but I just bought it. Is there any way to activate that now as my current membership ends on the 6th?

You'll have to contact 48 support tomorrow and see if they can do anything for you.
