Internet settings for Motorola xt1622

Hi internet settings on tweaker not sending configuration message.tweaker only has dual SIM model listed.have tried xt1621 n other similar models n no joy.4g 3g not working since I came home from holiday.any suggestions.thanks.

Note that 4G/LTE does not work on 48 at all.
