Having issues trying to connect to internet abroad can someone help?

So are others unfortunately.

For example:

Are you on a Guido membership?

Are calls and texts working OK?

What are your internet/APN settings?

Yes on guido calls and txts are working...apn: internet.proximus.be ( not sure what this means)

Thanks for posting back @lukeronan.

Unfortunately you'll probably have to contact 48 support tomorrow to see if they can advise.

Several people have had similar problems with data on a Guido membership while roaming in the EU even though it should just work.

So far there doesn't seem to be an obvious failsafe solution.

For some others it seems to just work as expected.

Sorry I can't be of more help...
