Hi I want to cancel my account as I was billed 10 euro a few days ago.how do I do this?

48 don't bill people.
You probably had membership auto renewal switched on?
If you want to leave you just leave - there's nothing else to do other than to disable membership auto renewal to avoid any further charges.
