FaceTime is waiting for activation on iPhone 5
I have credit on my account.
How can I get it working?

Do you mean cash credit?

If you have at least 25c cash credit on your account to pay for the UK SMS that the activation process sends then it should just work eventually.

If not then you might need to ask Apple as it's due to the stupid way that they do things that this and related problems arise unfortunately.
