Not receiving texts

Hi all,

I stopped receiving texts this evening. I can send them fine, but can't receive them. Tried restarting, removing sim etc and no joy. Its the second time in about 2 weeks its happened. Any advice? Cheers.

This seems to happen from time to time for some users.

I never understood why.

But I think you'll need to contact 48 support as I've never seen a fail-safe solution to this problem posted on the community forum.
