How long does it take to transfer my old no. If I initiate it at about 5 30ish will it be done the same day

It should happen fairly quickly within number porting hours in my experience.

If it seems to be taking too long then you need to contact 48 support:

5:30 PM is a bit close to the close of the number porting hours (6PM) so I'd do it earlier if I was you just in case.

Great - glad you got sorted.

SIM activation and number transfers have always happened quickly in my experience - once done within the relevant working hours.
