I cannot remember my credit card pin and need to put up a new credit card how do you change this on the site

You shouldn't need a pin to use your card online!?

But if you need to change your card details online you can do it here

I have entered 2 new credit card details as I have not got my ulster card with me to bye credit and I can't do it what is wrong

Where are you trying to do this?

On the website or on the app?

Whichever you have tried have you tried the other?

When you try to enter the details and it fails what error messages do you get?
