      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;every time i try to pay my membership a pop uup comes on screen saying OOPS!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We are currently experiencing some technical issues and cannot process your request.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hang tight, our tech guys are working on it and hope to have it resolved shortly.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;this is rediculous as it has been happening for the last 2 days how am i supposed to make or recieve calls!?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;i tried all of these things,im sorry it must be because my sim has been inactive for so long as when every call is barred and when i put in my top up voucher it says my account has been suspended how do i reactivate?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
