If you mean for data then be aware that 48 don't support data roaming abroad at all so you will have to stick to wifi where available.

Since you have an iPhone you need to be aware of this issue:

You will need cash credit to cover the cost of incoming and outgoing calls and outgoing texts.

See here under "Rest of Europe":

Don't buy any EU roaming calls/texts add-ons as they will not work in Turkey.
