    <description>Have logged request about this before but still not working. For some reason certain numbers are not able to contact me even though my husband is Vodafone and he has no problem. My aunt and a few of people I work for are unable to contact me, mixture of 3 customers and Vodafone, why is this?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How long has it been happening?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Was there a time that all calls were being recieved?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The biggest tell about what direction the problem lays is, can you call and text out to those numbers that cannot call you?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This may sound basic, but - have they free all mobile calls?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Different providers &amp;amp; fee's can be at fault, especially if it's believed they have free/inclusive minutes to all networks, and have no credit in balance to make the call out...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try a replacement Sim, it might be of help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the interim, log a detailed requests to 48, and check the status twice daily.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If they reply to your request, and you let time pass without comment to them, they close the request.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;See Link.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="http://www.48months.ie/help#ask-a-48-agent" target="_blank"&gt;http://www.48months.ie/help#ask-a-48-agent&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
