i regestered my sim a few days ago but it still not avtive and have no service on my phone and have paid my membership

You might need to log a support query to get 48 to look into this for you.

Are you sure that your phone is unlocked for use on any network?

Are you getting any signal bars?

You may need to log a support request to get 48 to advise.
