Android 3g not working

My cubot x16 Chinese android phones won't work.
How can I fix this situation.

You need to configure your internet/APN settings.

If you still can't get it working then post your settings here (screenshots ideally if possible) for review/comment.

What specifically do you not understand in the instructions?
If you want data access to work you simply must configure your settings.

Yes I understand that but where to I find them on her, or my phone? I have a Chinese android called a ( Cubot x16)
