SIM card

Hi there
I have a question in relation to a SIM card issue. I have to send my iPhone 5S away next week to get it fixed and meanwhile I will be using an iPhone 4 and therefore will need to order a new SIM card. I want the new SIM to have my original number on it but was just wondering if by any chance I could go back to my original SIM card with my original number when my phone returns as I have many numbers on the card that I don't want to lose. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Contact 48 support and they may be able to arrange this.
I.e switch you back to your old sim temporarily.
