can't receive calls or call anyone

Every time I go to call someone or someone calls me it says either of us are busy. This only happened today but I have rang and received calls today already. I have tried restarting my phone and taking out the sim but it's no use.

Does this happen for all outgoing and incoming calls or just some?

Did anything change on your phone recently - e.g. software update, settings changes etc.?

If it continues to be a problem then you probably need to contact 48 support:

Nothing has changed with my phone, it only happens selectively for no reason. It does happen for both incoming and outgoing calls, it says, both ways, that the network is busy although it is not.

OK - I think you need to contact 48 support to get them to look into this at their end.

Did you contact 48 support and get this sorted?
