Hi paid for roaming data did not work also my sister is on 48 hers did not work really annoying when we were away could you please refund my card we paid for a service we did not receive nicola

What exactly do you mean by "roaming data"?

If you mean data while abroad then 48 don't support that.

If you mean a data add-on for data/internet access while in Ireland then that obviously should work.

If it didn't work then the most likely reason is that your internet/APN settings were not correctly configured:

If you are looking for a refund for stuff bought but not used then you'll have to contact 48 support directly and ask them about this:
